1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Find Gem Cards A.I. (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Service is an analytical reference tool. It reviews publicly available world wide web signals — player statistics, popularity and demand trends, scarcity indicators and observed value ranges — and presents estimated valuations and rarity scoring. It does not sell, broker, authenticate or ship any collectible, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or representing any marketplace, retailer, auction house or grading company.
3. No financial advice
All scores, values and upside estimates are AI-generated approximations and may be inaccurate or out of date. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial or legal advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any card, its authenticity, condition, provenance and current market value before buying or selling.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to scrape, mirror, resell or redistribute its output at scale, to reverse engineer it, to circumvent scan limits or paywalls, or to use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party site's terms.
5. Accounts and free usage
Free visitors receive a limited number of scans and full result views. We may record a hashed, non-reversible identifier to enforce these limits fairly. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor at the interval shown at checkout (weekly $4.99 or monthly $14.99 USD) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
7. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Gem Cards A.I. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or losses arising from purchase or sale decisions made using the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
