My currency isn't in the list
In the app, search by ISO code, currency name or country in the currency selector. If it still isn't there, email support and we will add it — the currency list is data-driven, so new currencies are a small change.
The tip looks rounded differently than I expected
Each currency uses its own ISO 4217 minor-unit precision: two places for the dollar and euro, none for the yen and won, three for the Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinar. Amounts are rounded half-up at that precision.
How do I use a percentage that isn't a preset?
Tap Custom % and type any value from 0 to 100, including decimals such as 17.5.
How do I split a bill?
Tap Split bill and enter the number of people. The per-person amount appears under the total. Tap it again to hide it.
Can I change the default tip percentage?
Yes — use the Default tip control in the app settings. It is saved on your device and applied the next time you open the app.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The calculation engine runs locally on your device, so the app continues to work with no connection.
How do I reset my preferences?
Clearing the app's storage on your device removes the saved currency, recent currencies and default tip. Nothing is stored anywhere else.
