You can remove everything Find Gem Cards has stored about you at any time. This page covers both in-app deletion and full account deletion.

Delete saved data now

Removes every saved identification and its stored photo. This cannot be undone.

Delete your whole account

Email support@findgemcards.com from your account address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We delete the account record, saved identifications and stored photos within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: saved identifications, saved photos, your account record and sign-in link.
Kept briefly: security and error logs that do not identify you beyond a truncated request record, retained for a short period and then discarded.
Never retained: photos you identified but did not save.
